Okware Peter is a teacher by professon from Uganda also with a diploma in journalism and masscommunication, with a teaching experience of 13 years. The director of Rising Star Schools, Teachers In Need-TIN, TIN-Teachers Development Centre and Teachers TV Africa, Conducted over 300 workshops and introduced the RICA reading approach.
