Ruba has and continues to lead the design of our work on libraries so she would be well placed for this panel with Room to Read. She also leads our work in behavior science and encourages parents to read with their children in the early years. We are doing a large scale behavior change campaign focused on shared reading and significant book gifting interventions (incl. with the World Bank and multiple ministries and partners). I would like to suggest as Ruba will attend that there might be a second opportunity to speak on this topic. From our earlier discussions about involvement and sponsorship, I know the desire would be for QRF to be involved in at least 2 panels/sessions. This is the internal expectation at QRF so it would be good to understand how this aligns with your current plans and thinking.
