Assistant Research Professor
Fernanda Soares is a researcher and technical advisor in the education and youth sectors with over 12 years of experience working in low-resource, crisis, and conflict settings. Through her research, she has employed a qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods approaches to conduct formative studies, impact assessments, and implementation research.
