Eliza is an experienced UK primary teacher with more than 20 years of work in education and international development, including for the Aga Khan Foundation and Oxfam. As a museum and heritage learning geek, she has also founded a cultural education organisation in India that has worked with more than 40,000 Indian school children. Eliza leads the Education programme for the Fischer Family Foundation, working to support partner schools in deprived areas develop a continuous improvement process in early literacy (the Apex Project) and alongside FFT Education to design educational products and services for the children who most need support.
