Lecturer and Manager of the Literacy Development Centre
Dr Eleanor Neff brings 21 years of adult education expertise, including 15 years in literacy. Previously with Kerry Education and Training Board, she now serves on the board of the National Adult Literacy Agency. A seasoned presenter, she has lectured at SETU’s Literacy Development Centre since 2021.
The World Literacy Summit is an Initiative of the World Literacy Foundation, a global nonprofit organisation that works to ensure every young individual regardless of geographic location has the opportunity to acquire literacy and reading skills to reach their full potential, succeed at school and beyond.
