Adult Literacy Program Coordinator
Chelsea Eggli leads the Oceanside READS Learning Center and serves on the San Diego Council on Literacy and Southern California Library Literacy Network boards. Passionate about adult learner writing, in 2023 she published Oceanside Public Library’s first adult learner anthology: Our Oceanside, earning two International Latino Book Award Honorable Mentions.
The World Literacy Summit is an Initiative of the World Literacy Foundation, a global nonprofit organisation that works to ensure every young individual regardless of geographic location has the opportunity to acquire literacy and reading skills to reach their full potential, succeed at school and beyond.
