Allie Jane Bruce
Allie Jane Bruce is a doctoral student in the Language & Literacy program at Boston University. Her research is located at the intersection of visual literacy, early childhood, and race & racism. She worked as an elementary school librarian for nine years, served on the 2016 Newbery Committee, and co-founded ReadingWhileWhite.com.
